First my freezer was not freezing then it started working and now my refrigerator quit cooling and now neither one works. I removed the panel and cleaned the coils.
Should like the compressor, the relay on the compressor may be the culprit. Make sure you unplug it, you can go to an appliance shop and but a new on for under 40 dollars.

There're two coils ,the condenser coil wich you already clean (also make sure the condensing fan motor works properly and the fan blades are also clean). The other is the evaporator coil wich is located inside the freezer behind the back wall cover.

you might have a defrost problem. Frost free models have a heating element that is controlled by a timer to automatically defrost ice, defrost timer turns on defrost heating element every 12 hours to melt ice in freezer and allow good air flow.
You can test defrost element with an ohm meter(located inside freezer coils-will have two wires going to a plug connection), if OK replace defrost timer (located in various places depending on make and model

one problem i had was the condensor fan had stopped working because it was clogged up with ice buildup, check and make sure the fan is not iced up, once a year i have to unclog ice from the condensor fan which located behing the white panel, which you unscrew and you can get a visual on this fan. my freezer would stop working but the fridge part was fine. something as small as that was causing this problem for me.
SOURCE: Refrigerator is cold, freezer not freezing
Amana refrig have 2 main problems . 1 is the defrost bimetal ( 1" cylinder at the top right on the freezer coils with 2 wires ) and the other is a refrigerant leak where the copper tubing joins the aluminum tubing at the freezer coils ( evaporator coils ) . If your freezer fan is not working and you have frost on the freezer coils then replace the bimetal as this also controls the defrost heater ( defrost thermostat ) . If you have no frost on the coils ( for both checks , you will have to remove the inside rear freezer panel , maybe 12 screws ) , then a refrigerant leak has happened and the best solution would be to replace the refrig .
SOURCE: build in kitchenaid, freezer working but not freezing
This video I made how to change evaporator on Thermador refrigerator, which is just copy of of Build in Kitchenaid. Problem was that it was running, but ice cream never got frozen. I checked pressures, was low on freon. I checked evaporator coils - found out that defrost heater got deformed and was touching evaporator coils - so it burned holes, where freon started to leak.( I think it designed not best way). Defrost heater on this fridges way to close to evaporator coils. Check this video to get an idea what Im talking about. I hope That helps u to understand why this repair is so expensive and what causing it.
Hi,
Many times a freezer and/or refrigerator do not work right because of a dirty condenser coil...there are also many other things that can go wrong.
If you are hearing a clicking or buzzing then check out the last two tips.
If your refrigerator is running but warm, then...
Check out these tips that I wrote about that... it is a great place to start trouble shooting your unit...and something that you can do rather then calling a repair person to do a simple thing for you...
