Make sure you are getting power to the receptacle, a circuit breaker may have popped. If you have a surge protector then push the reset button. If you have power to the receptacle, then insert windows cd in tray before turning it on, then select boot from cd then hit enter. This will often recover the boot sequence and load the desktop screen. Restart the computer without the cd and see if the desktop comes up. Good luck, had to do this to a desktop unit running Windows XP.

About the problem you have most likely the partition that your using to restore your Operating System is not working anymore, it would be better if you call the manufacturer of the machine and ask them for the Restoration Disc.

You got a bad installer. Remove it completely, run a system cleaner and download it again directly from Skype

Unplug everything not needed ( printers / copiers / usb devices and drives.
Check CD/DVD/floppy drive for discs, remove them.
Try using different power extension leads / check fuses.
If your monitor / mouse (if its optical) are also dead and dont show any sign of life, it sound like a problem with you power leads/adapters

Symptom sounds like a memory module came loose, worse there may be a crack on *********** board. Re seat RAM, or take it in to be serviced. Dead or low CMOS battery may also exhibit this symptom.

Mine did exactly the same and i thought it was dead, but when u are reseting it keep it plugged into the computer while reseting it and it should turn on. It worked for mines anyway.

This could be a few things. It could be a bad power cord not charging the battery or the machine. But it could also be various other things. The cheapest and easiest thing to try is a new power adapter.

I am quoting above because I really need help. "When I push any of the function buttons on the oven console (Timer, Bake, Broil, Clock) the display shows 0FF in red next to the clock.
