How to put videos on a Eclipse 4gb 2.8" Touchscreen Mp4 Player

Hi Alicia - compatible video formats for the Eclipse are AVI (XVID), WMV (non encrypted) and FLV, according to the handbook.

Video files have to be dropped into the player's Video folder when it's connected to your computer. It's all explained in the manual.

Mp4 touchscreen is froze what will i do?

The problem with your MP4 Touchscreen is the storage (memory card). There could be some bad sectors in the storage that's why it was not detected by the computer everytime you're plugging it.

If the device is still under the warranty, you need to contact the manufacturer and have them repair it. Aside from replacing the storage, they also need to upgrade the firmware of your device.

That should work again.

I'm having the same problem. I know my files are on my mp4 because it says there is only 2% disk space left...i have a Mp4 Digital Audio/video player with built in speakers...it was working fine but i think i may have acidentially deleted something i shouldnt have and i have no idea how to fix it. It also says empty disk when i go to play a song....but i know they are there.
