It suddenly would not start and NO lights on the keypad would light up. Started latching door and opening and relatching and also started pushing the pad area in and out and all of a sudden it started working. Only problem is, it won't stop when "cancel" is pressed. I quickly loaded some dirty dishes in while the water was filling up in the bottom and when it started spraying closed the door to get a partial load cleaned. What is the solution? Conrad
I had a similar problem. Turn off the power to the dishwasher. Open the door and remove the screws on the back that holds the door together. Now, locate the black control module and remove the cover. Look down at the bottom left of the control module and you should see a ribbon cable. This is the cable that connects the door keypad to the control module. Unplug the ribbon cable and the plug it back in. On my unit the ribbon cable was not making good contact and only half of the keypad was operational,
Hope This Helps !!

I tried everything to solve the blinking start/delay button. Took inside door cover off and checked everything. Didn't buy that control had to be replaced at 100 bucks. Solved problem by taking off door mechanism, pushing switch in (to fool it into thinking door was closed). then removing the two switches at side of door latch mechanism (they pull off horizontally with gentle rocking - out towards the side of dishwasher, not up or down) check that connections are clean and corrosion free, if necessary clean with contact cleaner or electronics cleaner. Put back together and problem solved. The switches will only come off with the mechanism in one position, so if you can't pull off the switches easily check the door latch mechanism. You have to push it in. Tina M.
