You might want to get on google and search how to build Remote Control Helicopter. you will find a lot of useful info. If you have never flown a RC heli thought I suggest you get a sim for the computer. I have been flying now for 10 years and they are not that easy to fly. This type of helicopter uses a fixed pitch blade. Have you recently replaced one or all the blades? If the blades are correctly positioned then once the motor comes to speed, the pitch of the blade creates enough lift to overcome the force of gravity. The problem you're having can only be that the motor is not coming to speed or the blades have been replaced but the pitch is now at the wrong angle.

WE have bought the Black Hawk Heli with 27Mhz radio system to sell. The Heli's fly great and the Gyro makes them even stable. However when they feel like it, the motor starts running on its own and we had them all returned by clients. What a ******* these were. anyone may know how to rectify this radio problem. I know that 27Mhz frequency is very critical to interference, but this is upsurd.
Anyone with knowledge please give us a solution.
