You better go to setting link in Gmail and in that there is a forward tab, click the tab in that tab you will find an area called forwarding. In the field add your alternative email id. When ever you receive a new email it will be forwarded to your alternative email id mentioned. So that you can be free from mail missing issues.
Don,t forget to save the settings.

Has the same issue and every tried every kind of reset possible with no luck.
THE FIX:
After you press the voice command key you will hear the system state: "please state the command or number to dial" (or something close to this) and then a beep.
YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE BEEP BEFORE STATING THE NAME!
This has been a huge headache for me and LG has not been a great help. On my other LG phones I would say:
"Call so and so" without a pause or waiting for a beep in continuous voice string.
You must wait for the beep on the Keybo 2 and apparently no one at LG knows this?!

Hello Mary -- Not sure if you can do that because that would mean having 2 open conversations on a single line.
There is a 'hold' button so you can hold one line and talk on the other - like --" I'll call you back, on another line" BUT to have one voice going into a message message machine and a 2nd voice to keep talking would be pretty clever stuff.
Does your phone have more than one extension (like a PBX) so it hunts down into a second line having found line 1 busy - that would work as you could programme the message machine to pick up on line 2 or line 3. But only with a PBX.

It can be microphone problem that is why the person you're trying to talked can't hear you,some can be done on software programming,other can be fix it by replacing the mic component. But i prefer to use your warranty card and get free charge of it,or if its no HTC service center near you,try to ask assistance to any mobile service shop preferably.DIY is not advisable for android phones,you might brake something and fixing this type of mobile is to complicated.
