Are they the ame size? Have you looked all around it to see either an IN or OUT stamped into the plastic. Usually the out is on the bottom of pumps it depends what type. This is a heater pump so be careful. The stamp in or out should be on the sleeve itself where the hose slides on. Good Luck. Sometimes its just a hit and miss.

Error code 2 and 3 do not show on Rheem/Paloma charts or in typical manual.
Error codes are generally considered start places for troubleshooting.
Multiple error codes can mean PC board failure, but same problem on one unit can have different cause and solution than another unit.

Read the manual and make sure yearly maintenance is caught up.

Mine is getting fuel, but it still clicks off like the original post stated, and its clean. The only other thing .. that water in the tubing. We get a TON of watered fuel here in Alaska! Damn oil venders.

depending who you talk to a ton will cover about 500 sq ft (as some say 400 sq ft others say 600 sq ft). I believe your unit is a 3 1/2 ton unit. Below is a chart
0sf-750 sf= 1.5 ton
751-1000sf= 2.0 ton
100sf1-1250sf=2.5 ton
1251sf-1500sf=3.0 ton
1501sf-1750sf=3.5 ton
1751sf-2000sf=4.0 ton
2001sf-2500sf=5.0 ton
I would say if you have two units then you are covered, remember the area(region) walls, ceiling and other climate factors will play into your tonnage for you house. The best thing is to consult with a honest and reliable a/c installer in your area. i hope this helped Tim

High Limit Switch, look for a bimetal disc somewhere near the elements and apparently this is a manual reset. Should be red button in between two wires on a flat round disc.

Always turn power off when attempting electrical

You can turn off the Thermostat, and the powers switch on the furnance and turn the breaker off in the breaker box wait about 20 - 30 minutes and turn the breaker back on, and the power to the furance back on and the thermostat, this should reset the system.
