Ditto on Thomas's comment. You don't size capacity by electrical measurements. Calculate by manufacturer's information that are given in the model number. Please post the model number and we can/may be able to tell you the tonnage/capacity.
You don't. Obviously the higher the locked rotor amps the larger the compressor the larger the unit. What's the model number?

Actually I'm not positive about that I'm sorry.
The only thing I found is the inlet is 1 3/38, outlet 7/8. Need model number of unit it came out of.
