These have pretty complicated power supplies in them. They have the first switch mode power supplies that were used. It is difficult to say the least to find the parts for this set. The best you can probably do is try to find the whole power supply PCB. Try to contact Tri State module or moduslink. These companies rebuild modules and PCB's. You will probably need to make an appointment at the nearest Social Security office and go there to apply for Social Security survivor benefits, because, among other things, you will need to provide a certified copy of the child's birth certificate and a certified copy of the deceased parent's d3@th (have to spell it that way or Fixya considers it a profanity) certificate. I see that you need to avail of your NSO Birth certificate but you are far away from the NSO office, you can call NSO @ 7371111 office hours 8AM-5PM Mondays to Fridays only.

Once you cal NSO they will be asking for personal information from you and will be giving you instruction on how to pay for the Birth Certificate requested, the last time I availed of the service I payed Php300 at Metrobank I can't remember the account number I believe once you call them that they will be giving you that info as well, this only will take 3 days shipping for your Birth Certificate to be delivered.

First and foremost, you are going to change your status first. You need the following:
1. Marriage certificate;
2. Marriage contract

To apply for passport you should bring the following:
1. Changed status - Marriage contract and marriage license
2. Birth Certificate of Live Birth

And the rest will follow like the NBI, id's and so on. This requirements are useful If you insist to get passport with a change of status. But if not forget everything just bring your birth certificate.

You have to options:

Memorializing the account: http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=deceased
 You can report the account to Facebook so that it can be memorialized. Memorializing the account removes certain more sensitive information like status updates and restricts profile access to confirmed friends only. Please note that in order to protect the privacy of the deceased user, we cannot provide login information for the account to anyone. We do honor requests from close family members to close the account completely.

Removing the account:
Immediate family members may request the removal of a loved one's account. This will completely remove the account from Facebook so that no one can view it. We will not restore the account or provide information on its content unless required by law. If you are requesting a removal and are not an immediate family member of the deceased, your request will not be processed, but the account will be memorialized.
