You will definitely need to connect the Yellow Wire Memory Back-Up Lead, since this is the connection from the radio to the battery that stores the time and your presets. If it is not hooked up, you can use the radio, but all your settings will return to default once you turn off the car. The Yellow Wire Bus Power Lead sounds like it would be for powering an auxiliary unit like a Sat Radio or HD Radio add-on. You will not need to connect this unless you have an add-on such as one of these.

SOURCE: I BOUGHT A USED JAZZY

Locate the two wires from the circuit breaker attach one wire (black if marked) to the negative post of the rear battery and attach the other wire (red if marked) to the positive post of the front battery. Locate the two wires coming from the power module plug with a red and black wire. Attach the red wire to the rear battery positive post and the black wire to the front battery negative post. attach the joystick to the nine pin plug at the rear of the chair and turn it on. You should have power at the joystick and the chair should work. Disconnect the joystick put the shroud cover back on grease the seat post and reattach the seat then plug in the joystick and charger plug at the rear of the chair. Charge the batteries before use and charge them overnite for the next 20 days. If you use the chair daily charge your batteries everynite while you sleep unplug in the morning. If you don't use the chair daily charge at least once per week or after you use the chair. Always put the chair up fully charged if you are going to be out of the chair for an extended time the disconnect the batteries at the large plug going to the power module Hope this helps you

Where does the lead wire for the voltage regulator hook up?

There should be a total of three wires. There are a pair of smaller wires that connect to the alternator and a longer, heavier gauge wire that goes directly to the positive post of the battery. I've seen some people take this heavier lead and attach it directly to the starter as well, It's the same a connecting it to the battery positive post when you do it that way.

Good Luck

84 CK TRK, 2500, 5.7L 55,000 miles have replaced alternator twice - battery still reads 12 volts. Trickle charge on battery OK and engine starts up OK - terminal 1 on alternator wire (brown) reads 2.4volts...

On some of the older style GM's you can take that brown wire and cut it and take the end leading from the alternator and hook it directly to the hot terminal on the alternator and just leave it hooked up and it will work. But I have ran into the occasional problem where leaving it hooked up will drain the battery when the vehicle isn't running. Hope this helps..

How to wire a tach on 05 heritage softail

Locate & route Black lead to ground / 2004-later softail: On the frame strap under the seat directly in front of the battery.

Locate & route the pink lead to Signal / For 2004 & later FXST/C/I The #3 cavity in the connector {39b} on the back of the speedometer. The socket terminal on the signal (pk) lead fits the #3 cavity.

Locate & route the Orange and white lead to power / Ummm.. it's saying for 2004 and later to adapt to the fuse block For earlier [ For 1996 to 2003 softail: locate the power lead (o/w) in the tail lamp pin connector {7a} under the seat behind the right rear corner of he battery.] "here you are looking to run it to a fused line, not directly to power/battery" I hope this helped.

Panasonic CQ-C1335U CD/RADIO FOR AN AUTO

what kind of car do you have a Chevy by any chance?? Any way that red wire needs to see 12 volts in order for the radio to turn on. But this is the wire that should get power when the key is turned on NOT directly to the battery. By the way, If you wires to the battery make sure that you have a fuse no more than 6 to 10 inches away from the battery. You should no matter what make you have be able to find a constant 12 volt for the yellow wire and a ground for the black in the dash. Hit me back with year make and model and I'll let you know how to find some ignition.
