Can you tell me what to do now? I must to cancel my first payment witn the regular Pay Pal? Because I don't want to paiy twice for this item. for that issue you will need to login to the account you made the purchase with and then follow this link that will take you to the PayPal resolution center. Once there you can dispute the transaction to get your money back. If you haven't already I would contact the seller first and see if they can send you another one and give them the benefit of the doubt.

if you are paying through your visa card it will cost more they might want you to pay through your normal bank account which will cost no more
visa cards attract an added cost
log onto your paypal account under profile you will see your credit/bank cards there you will see a list
