It could be that a cell or two in the battery are dead. Sometimes tests can miss that depending on the charge of the battery at the time of the test. If the battery is past its warranty it would be a good idea to replace it anyway. Better safe than stranded.
The other thing is if you have any aftermarket lights, stereo, amps, or maybe something plugged into the cigarette lighter.
Also make sure you check the battery cables for corrosion and connection. If you see any green color on the cables it would be a good idea to replace them.
