How can I closet the account?

There are two ways to solve your problem:
1. Closing your Paypal account:
Log into your paypal account.
From the second tab from the top, click Profile
Click My Settings
You should see a link that says Close Account on the right of the page
2. Cancel your Skype subscription:
Follow the instructions from the link below

How do cancel my subscription

This way you can keep both your Paypal and Skype accounts and not be charged monthly. :)

My skype account frozen

Since Microsoft got involved Skype has been having a LOT of issues. Delete Skype and redownload the file. When you log back on all your stuff will still be there. If it still locks up it may be a SKYPE browser button that's gone bad tripping up the main app. I hav a remnant in Chrome where I can have Skype closed but if someone calls the alarm tones go off, but no way to answer. GIANT pain in the ***.

Hi MickiIt is quite possible that your Skype account has been hijacked. It's not unheared of. What I would do in your shoes is abandon that account and set up a new Skype account (username/password) then inform all your contacts by email that your old account is no-longer valid etc.

After computer repair I no longer had my skype . I went on line and filled out information for my account and now I can not open it. How do I open skype so I can use it?

download it again or another version sign in using your skype name and password

you can do it from the link above, or when you install skype and run it for the first time it offers you to register an account.
If you closed the windows by accident you can press 'Don't have a sykpe name' on the welcome to skype windows to register

HOW TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

1. Sign into your account at http://www.skype.com/go/myaccount
2. Click on "Manage your subscription"
3. Scroll down the page and click on the link that says "Cancel"
4. Follow the instructions.

Reseting my linksys

You may have to close the CIT200 program by right-clicking it's icon in the system tray .. then log into the 2nd Skype account and restart the CIT200 program.
*shrug* This might do the trick for your situation.

Hi, 1. First thing you can do is to remove all your personal details from your skype account.So when a search is done no one can find you and do not login into your skype account for some time(min 30 days). This will automatically delete your skype account.
2.Second thing you can do is to contact Skype at [email protected]. Within a reasonable period of time and upon verification of Your identity, Skype will fulfill Your request of deleting the account.

Just goto your Personal Information Screen and delete everything. It will auto close after that.
