Assuming this is a Panasonic system TDA50, TDA or TDE 100/200 or NCP systems. There are many fwd codes on these systems, done on a per phone basis. To do a fwd all calls (meaning the phone will not ring) dial code *7102+9+number+pound. If you would like to set for call fwd no answer then *7104+9+number+pound. And for call fwd busy no anser the code is *7105+9+number+pound. Keep in mind this is on a per phone basis. If your company is using a ring group to ring the phones this will need to be setup different using the day/night mode and set the night to go to a group that is fwd to your answer service. A phone must be assigned to the group then that phone can set group fwd by dialing *7141+group number+9+phone number+pound. Example if I was using group 3, defualt number 603, to number 555-1234 and group 603 has ext. 102 assign to it then from ext. 102 dial *714160395551234#.
Hope this helps!

My Panasonic Phone KX-T7630 rings seventeen (17) times before going to voice-mail. Desired amount of rings before going to voice-mail is four (4) to five (5).

This is just for your phone ringing when it's dialed, not for outside lines ringing on your phone.
From your intercom, dial *7104 (CF No Ans) 500 (if that's your VM extension) # That will flash your FWD/DND light to tell you it's forwarded on No Ans. Now on the intercom, dial *71324 The 713 part tells your phone to forward after xx seconds. 24 is about 4 rings. You can adjust the timing using 6 seconds as a ring cycle.

Our small office has the Panasonic TX-T633 Business Telephone System. How can I program a message for when there is no one there to answer the phone?

Either get an answering machine or a properly installed Panasonic Voice Mail system. The TVA systems use 500 as the voice mail access code, but it still requires programming that varies from installer to installer.

We have a KX-T7630 system with 20 phones attached how do i get personal voice mail for each member?

With a TVA voicemail or an ESVM card. The TVA installs on a single digital port for 2 paths, the SVM is simple messaging.

Hi there, We have lost our manual for our kx-t7630 phone system, and we need to change the main greeting you get when you call in on the phone line??? Does anyone know??? Thanks!

I know...on the ones I install. Your Panasonic dealer has a set of instructions, and the special instructions that laid out the Automated attendant portion of your Voice Mail system. There's a chance that he has remote maintenance and can log into your sytem and give you the special custom greeting number and procedure to change all greetings.

Trying to change the message on the lunch mode on a panasonic kx-t7630

You can mess around in the Message Manager's mailbox and search for the custom greeting that contains the Lunch menu, but your Voice Mail installer should have left you specific instructions on how to change all greetings and custom service messages. As a minimum, you might give them a call and ask for a refresher in where those recordings reside in your voice mail system.

The Voice Mail be it a TVA or TVS, has a console program and password that will let you log into it and see where everything is located. The dealer should have provided instructions and passwords for administering the system.

Cannot go to voice mail to check my old voice mail from PANASONIC kx-t7630

If your old phone was an extension on the system and it is a TVA voice mail product, you dial the VM access code (usually 500) and when it answers you dial #6 * and your old extension.
You now appear as you would have if you had pressed MESSAGE or dialed 500 from your old phone.

How can I program the phone to forward incoming calls from main switchboard phone to another extension and have it ring at this phone after not being picked up by main phone after three rings?

You don't. You program the System's ICD to delay ring the secondary phones. It can be done from the main system phone if allowed, but your Panasonic Installer can do it easier.

Obscurely you can make the main phone ring another phone as in Call Forward No Answer, but that creates a lot of trouble in the ability to go to voice mail and ring multiple phones.

How do I change the voice mail prompts to forward to cell phone.

I can get you to the right place, maybe. You are better off calling the installer who set this up to see what method he used.

http://www.public.carl.airpost.net/TVA/210_TVA_08-01.pdf

Assuming you have a TDA/TVA system, pages 45-50 describe how it was probably installed. WIth personal custom service, it is the easiest one to make changes on. We usually set it up as an ICD group, which gives everyone 3 digit access from everywhere, but you have to have access to the system programming to change numbers.

Voicemail box not set up

I have seen the same problem with some users (I look after the PABX) so I just go into the maintenance console and set up the foreward to the default voice mail number. Or you can try the following:

CALL FORWARDING HANDSET 1. Press the Speaker Phone Key on your handset 2. Then Press the FWD/DND Key 3. Then select the Forward type you desire - Key 2 - Immediate Key 5 - Busy/No Answer 4. Then dial the internal extension number (eg.444) or voicemail pilot (201) 4a. If forwarding to external number dial 0 then dial outside telephone number 5. Dial # then press the Speaker Phone key

Use the voice mail that is set for your system.

Hope this helps
