SOURCE: Can't find replacement collets/locknut for PowerSmith rotary tool
Hello Bob, I recently saw your post about the Power Smith PS2103. I have this same tool, and have never been able to use it because the collets don't fit the bits.
I was looking at it recently - I have the owner's manual - and although there is no web address, there IS a toll free help line. Here is the number - 888-552-8665
I called the number - got their voice mail, left a message, but they have NOT returned my call!
The only outlet that MAY carry this brand is Zellers, but I haven't been there yet.
Good Luck!
Bob (in Canada)

SOURCE: I need a replacement switch
I must apologize I have searched all parts manuals that I have access to includeing google and all i can find is the 300-N55 is no longer available and switches are obsolete.I also couldn't find any parts to sub for it. Sorry.Hope I can help you in the future. Thanks.
Electrically speaking there are a few items to check.
1) The easiest is to remove the two brush holders screws on each side by the power cord. If one of the screws are loose, or the bushes are worn you will get intermittent or no operation.
2) Second use a volt ohm meter to make sure you have voltage on the two brush connectors inside the brush holders when power is on. If you do then open the unit a check continuity on the motor armature to see if it is open, which will cost $13.37. If you do not have voltage, inspect the power cord and switch.
Some parts can be purchased on the below link.
Or contact a dremel service center from the link below.
