Hello, I need help on my Avaya call centre, calls ring out on the hard phone Avaya one -X at the forth ring and then drops when you call the contact centre number.

You can toggle each individual phone extension as to whether or not it recieves a "voice" call or a "ring-first" call.

At the extension, press "SPEAKER - 60" it will display the mode. Press the * (asterick) key to toggle between the modes. Then press SPEAKER again to set.

if u have both buisness and personnal as active filters it will say no address, Just go back into filters and remove both of them and you will get you contacts back

you might status the phone to make sure that send all calls somehow is not on. :)

Is the phones ringer turned up? It needs to be loud enough to make the ring detector ring.....
