My nikon Coolpix L340 says: Out of memory! The memory card has 32GB and I have taken some 9000 pictures. Do I have to buy another memory card?

You have two main choices. Yes, you could buy a new memory card. But I find the extra small cards can be easily lost or misplaced.
A better method is to transfer the images from the camera to a computer or laptop. It is also possible to transfer the photos through the computer or laptop onto an external hard drive with a much larger memory as a back up. Then you can re-use the card you already have.

Best is to buy a new laptop with fast processor, plenty of RAM, & a powerful graphics adapter (preferably NVidia or ATI) with plenty of video memory. The exact choice will depend on how much you are willing to invest in these main components.

My Canon Rebel XSi says it "cannot play back image". I can't upload the images onto my computer, either. Can I somehow recover them?

Insert your SD card into an external card reader and try uploading from it.
If this does not work, then try again using file recovery software (just enter "sd recovery" into your search engine) : there are many types, some may be a free download from your memory card manufacturer's website, others may only be on a limited use free trial basis and some are genuinely free. The best ones are the ones you pay for though. Your choice depends entirely upon how badly you need to recover the images, and the manufacturer's software should always be tried first unless you have a superior option already available.
After recovery you should discard and replace your memory card (major brands often have a 5 year or even lifetime replacement warranty) unless you are certain that the fault was due to your camera and not the card.
Good luck, and I hope that you recover your images. Please take a moment to rate my reply.

HP dv9009nr. Can I use an external usb sound adapter? My sound card is bust. Will it by pass the sound card and work without it?

Yes you can use an external USB based sound card. you can diable the onboard either via BIOS or in the hardware list and that will then route to your external card.

Choice of card itself its up to you but they start as low as $20 US

Hope this gives you the information you need

No Gameport

The only way to resolve this is to buy a sound-card to install into your system. To find a sound-card with a game port, follow my instructions below.

First, visit this website. Next, navigate to Computer Hardware>Input Devices. Next, look on the left of the page for the Input Devices menu. You will see a category labeled, "Sound Cards" click that link. Next up we will look on the left again, except this time we will click on a link towards the top of the list labeled, "Advanced Search." Now look down and find the category listing, "MIDI/Joystick." Open the drop-down menu of that category and select, "Yes." Now click the, "Search" button located towards the top of the page.

Before you start looking at sound cards, let's narrow down the choices to sound-cards your computer can use. To do this, we once again look to the menu on the left. This time we select, "Guided Search" located at the top of the menu. Now look for the, "Interface" section of the menu. Here you will click, "PCI." (NOT PCI Express!)

Now you have a list of sound cards which fit your system and at the same time provide you with a game port. A word of advice, look carefully at your choice to ensure that it has a visible game-port. There are pictures of each product, and if you can't tell if it has a game-port, don't buy it. Another hint, don't buy cheap sound-cards, as they are flimsy and break easily. $50+ tend to be better sound cards.

Let me know if this solves your question or if I need to give you other options/explain some points in more detail. If you do decide to buy a sound card, let me know. I'll give you instructions on how to install it.

Video card

There is not an external video card on the machine, nor is there any type of card available, just the one on the motherboard. On these models the video card is built into the board. It is replaceable, but requires a fairly good degree of technical knowledge and skill in order to change it. I realize this probably isn't what you want to hear, but there isn't a simple fix to it, sorry. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Creative external card

it might be because of windows vista :/ just to make shure did you download off of their website for the vista drivers and not off of the disc that came with it??? btw on a second thought... unless you have a laptop, internal sound cards are more compatible, cheaper, and better than external sound cards... it takes about 3-5 seconds to install in your computer, i remember the first time i had to install a sound card.... i thought it would be really hard and i would break everything. i realized that a monkey can do it. well, to solve your problem i recommend download the right drivers for vista and not the one with your disc... probably your driver should be something like::

"(model#) creative external sound card windows vista X86"

since 32bit oses are popular among manufactures, i think it should be something like that.

Dell dimension 5100

You can install a wireless card internally in an available PCI slot, or externally using a USB port, your choice. Just make sure that the USB adapter type matches the router type
