This happens to me all the time, major pain in the ***.
I disconnect from power, turn it on its side, the drive facing down. Tap it gently and if necessary put something in it to pry it out. Ive ha done of those 5cm discs stuck in it, I didnt know it didnt support it!, and I used this method to get it out...
It sucks. The worst thing about this laptop...
Mechanical you need to take the drive out and disassemble the casing. I seen one that the CD actully broke into millions of pieces. I was not there to experience the happening but was there to help save the drive.
Use an external drive!!!!!!!!

My laptop is dell vostro 1510 and cant read cd and dvd and i checked through setup but it cant read operation cd, now i have question, if i buy external dvd better or change dvd?

I think, your laptop Ram or Bios have problem. Better u try to re_setup the windows.
