This happens when it sometimes refuses to accept the cookies or if disabled, kindly clear your Cache as:
For FF: Click on Tools, then Options
Select Privacy
In the Cookies panel, click on Show Cookies
To remove a single cookie click on the entry in the list and click
on the Remove Cookie button
To remove all cookies click on the Remove All Cookies button(prefer to Remove all cookies)
For IE: Click on Tools, then Internet Options,
under General tab see Temporary Internet Files block, and then click on Delete cookies (prefer to click on delete files also)
The problem will be solved.

Here is my advice : Just go to www.microsoft.com and download
internet explorer again and install it , then reboot your system . I'm
sure that this will solve the problem . any way , why don't you try
other internet communication softwares like ( firefox or google chrome)
those both are great also . I advice you to have more than one internet
communication software . I already have three just in case if one of
them is corrupted . I have ( Internet explorer and firefox and google
chrome ) . just try the idea and you'll be satisfied with the result .
