How do I play FIFA 08 without inserting the CD
Just copy the content of fifa 08 cd in a folder and then mount the folder using daemon tool, this will create a virtual cd drive that will act as an illusion.

Now here's what i think... Your game cd most probably has a scratch on it at the part where the simming program is stored...First just look at your cd in good light from various angles if there is a scratch. If there's a deep/moderate single scratch (just a line) or even a light circular scratch (an entire circle is traced around the disc) then this is most probably the source of your problem. SOLUTION 1 : If either of the two i said do exist then you'll have to get your cd cover removed. thats a comlicated process and very few people actually do it. Based on where you stay i could help you out. SOLUTION 2 : Now this would seem the better option easily. Currently fifa 08 costs like $10-$12 on ebay. My sincere advice is just buy a new one. I've used US dollars here coz I don know where you're from but im pretty sure once you've converted it to ur local currency it'll be roughly the same. SOLUTION 3: And finally i'm pretty sure you would have tried this. Dust your cd very carefully (from the centre to the end each time and not going in a circle) , plug it in and then pray. This has a 5% chance of working but won't hurt to give it a try right? Hope this helped.

Erase the save file you have and do it all over it again. It should tell you when you first play the (no save data) game waht level you want to play in.

Man I am facing the same problem. I today got my PS2 moded and all the three games I bought from palika are getting hanged.

i had this problem to, and your either going to have to replace the joy stick, or if your lucky you can take it out, clean it and it may go again. if you want to change the joystick, your gonna have to remove the faceplate. get a small phillips head screw driver. the first thing you should do is put the psp face down on a flat suface. next remove the two screws on the right of the console, and the one on the very bottom on the underside of the console. now, take the battery out and there should be two stickers underneath one black scrwe and one silver screw. remove the black one. now, you only have one screw left, but problem is its under neath the warranty sticker and if you remove, you remove your warranty. it is possible to take it off using a hair dryer, just so long as you dont damage the sticker. once you have the sticker off, the faceplate will just pop off so just take out the screws on the back of the joy stick, slap your new one in, put it back together and away you go!
