Is my mobile phone number suppose to be different than my land line.

The Panasonic KX-TG9392T is a land line phone system; it's support page is available here: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG9392T.html . IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) numbers apply to mobile phones. Thus there is no such number for a corded/cordless land line phone. There is a FCC registration for the cordless (radio) transmitter in the phone system. That number simply proves that the company tested the phone to ensure it does not cause interference with other radio frequencies beyond those it is supposed to use.

call Telstra service and tell that you depend on the land line as you have a medical condition
calling the ombudsman will not get the line fixed quicker as that communication will rake at least a month to process and you have to put the complaint in writing

I think it depends on the number you're selecting and if you're using a internet based call like FaceTime, if you're calling to a land line, then it's mobile connecting to land line, if it's mobile then mobile. I hope that helps some.

if its a Telstra number their phone book will list a code to dial be fore the number , the mobile and land line codes differ.

do you have a land line or a mobile,it if is a land line phone
please chech from the place where you bought the phone
from probably they will be able to unlock if if is a mobile
phone take it to a service dealer and get it unlocked

indicates that the phones are faulty
the land line carries adsl and phone at different frequencies so as the internet is working so the land line is good
check that the internet and phone line is connected into the correct sockets on the line splitter before the land line connection

In order to make a call to land line you will have to add the city code + land line no . eg: If you want to call Hyderabad , the no will be like 040XXXXXXXX . To make a call to mobile no in other city add 0 in front of the mobile no eg : 0XXXXXXXXXX .
