My Cobra 8000 is not firing the staples? The ram is not lifting hi enough to pickup the staples?

Here is the manual. It is also called a Cobra

To load nails,turn gun upside
down and tilt the gun so the side
with the nail icon "T" and staple
remaining window is facing down
(Fig. 3). Load by leaning rack of
nails tight against inside of staple
chamber in housing (Fig. 3). Be
sure to insert nails with point of
nail facing upwards. The gun may
jam if nails are inserted in the
wrong side of housing.

you may find a manufacturer site with a contact number / e-mail that you can contact

Almost any hardware store. It fires T52 staples in various lengths

it does miss-fire a lot, jams and must pull out stuck staples. not very dependable I think

Take it to home depot or lowes, they will sell you the right ones.

The gun uses "T50" staples. Buy them at any hardware store.

The bottom portion of the stapler (the opposite side of where the staples discharge) should squeeze together and pull out, load staples tip up and reinsert the follower until it clicks.  Put on sign post and squeeze the handle.
