I am trying to locate a charger and cord for iPad Model A1395

Press and hold the power key for 10 secs.. then plug the charger and leave it for at least 30 mins on charging, then try turning it on and see if works

You should be able to simply plug in the 30-pin connector -> USB cable into your PC and it should show up and you can then import the images as you would for any other digital camera. This is the same cable you use to charge the iPad - just plug it into the USB port on your PC.

Connect to iTunes back up your data them do master reset

Why not just use the ' I forgot my passcode' option..
Won't that solve it?
