First of all, if your FSB is set to 200mhz, the system will not support DDR400. "CPU at FSB 200MHz mode, it will NOT support DDR400". The FSB will have to be either 333 or 400mhz in order to utilize DDR400. Only 1GB of DDR400 is supported. As to your rebooting issue, could be because of these incompatibilities and/or you did not properly seat the heatsink/fan on the new CPU, which also means you might not have properly applied thermal compound or might have no applied it at all.
