If it's a PC keyboard you might be able to pop the key out and clean under it. I have went as far to clean PC keyboards in the dishwasher. (low heat, no soap, no high temp dry... and then shake all excess water out... and let dry for a week or two.. before you plug it back up.) But do this at your own risk.
If this is a phone, and it is on a touch screen, then try going into settings and changing from samsung keyboard to default android keyboard.. or vice versa.
use your VGA or a DVI input and set your tv to pc mode thru the tvs menu. you should not have to instal any drivers at all. your tv as a monitor will display all text and images as a monitor the same as it does as a tv
The monitor only displays what the computer tells it to; so the monitor is not part of the issue. Assuming it is plugged in, you need to restart the PC. I would recommend only changing the plug with the PC off. You either have an issue with the keyboard or the keyboard port. You can either try another keyboard on your machine or take your keyboard to another PC.
The Cyrillic millions character can make the text following it go backwards. This is a problem in Windows 64-bit. You might also be accidentally reversing the horizontal dimension of the monitor. But that is usually obvious, as the mouse goes in the opposite direction.
Replace the keyboard. They're readily available on ebay. Also, try plugging a usb keyboard in & see if it still happens. If it does then forget replacing the keyboard. Instead you'll be needing a motherboard.
Both are signs of a worn out tube. The only thing you can do (apart buying a new monitor) is to increase the focus and acceleration tensions on the tube - by tweaking the corresponding semiadjustable resistors.
Hi you may try
1)to key the auto(adjust) button at TV monitor keyboard if not ok,
2)to change display pixels density from PC display setting because TV monitor could not support the display pixels you using and sync.the picture on well.
3)also you may adjust monitor screen H position(it maybe not convenience for back TV).
The black box is a text box for closed captioning. Some stations send the signal which turns on the box while not actually broadcasting any text. Go into your setup menu and turn off closed captioning, or at least change it to a different mode. The easiest option is to restore factory presets.
