I got a RCA Voyager III tablet for my birthday and I don't have the activation code. How do I get it without a receipt

The store would have put the code on the receipt when you bought it. If you lost the receipt then you need to contact the store. If aquired from a 3rd party contact them for code. We will not help bypass anti-theft measures.

by hard reset hold down the power button and the volume up button till the android man with no command comes up

press power button 5 times

writing will come up go down to the wipe data with volume down button highlight wipe data then press power button to ok it will wipe data

then writing will come back up go down to the reboot/restart press power button ok it then your tablet will restart

Make sure Capslock is not on when entering the code and try again.

You may not be able to bypass the activation directly. It may have to be factory reset or a complete reinstall of an operating system.
