is this the blower motor fan for you heating and A/C or the cooling fan cooling fans have a relay blower fans are fused but controlled from switches inside as well as fuses
Does fan kick in at startup?
If not see google about motherboard issues with this unit.
Check with external monitor if booting up etc,if this works your inverter has quit, available on ebay and cheap,if drop damage could be lcd to mainboard cable damaged.
Or worse.
There is a resistor panel that controls the fan speeds behind the glove box on the dash. You remove the glove box and you will see the airbox. Sitting down in the left top, with 2 screws holding it in, will be the resistor panel. It consists of 4 springs and a resistor. All out of veiw, inside the airbox. Remove the 2 screws and unplug the plug. Pull out the old resistor and replace with the new one. It only cost around $15-20 bucks at the local auto part store. This will get your fan blowing. If your fan is blowing but the air is not cold, I would suggest to check and see if the compressor clutch is working properly. If not, try giving it a light tap while running. If it is working, you may want to recharge your freon.
Sounds as if the evap fan has quit or a defrost problem. Either is worth the repair. If the fan is running you will hear it when you open the freezer door. If you don't hear it replace the evap fan. If you have a lot of frost build up on the back wall you have a defrost problem and the air cannot flow properly. Either is worth the repair.
If the issue occurs in the safe mode, then I'm suspecting a failure of the LCD backlight. (It warms up and quits) Also see if video stays on using an external monitor. If it does, then the LCD is most likely failing.
If video goes out on an external monitor as well, then the Video card is failing due to overheating. Make sure all vents are free of dust (Clean with canned compressed air) and the all fans are functional (Run the fan test in diagnostics) If fans check up, then video card is failure point. If fans fail diags, replace affected fan 1st
