Subzero 532 refridge cooling but freezer won't freeze

this subzero freezer compartment did not free, but stayed cool. The problem was that defrost limit switch went bad, so when it was going to defrost cycle heater never came on, so it builded up snow and ice on evaporator coils and air stopped circulate. I replaced that little thermostat, and melted down ice.

yes you have 2 compressor. ona for fridge one for the freezer..

Check the fan and readjust temperature control to higher. Thanks.

if the ice maker leaking it's easy to replace, or may be just a water supply tube has been moved to the side

i'm guessing your fridge is over - packed with alot of food - i found if i made more space - temperature returned to normal cooling.

Did u check condenser on the top behind the grill? If it's clean, check unit for evaporator freon leaking. Light....Possibly bad bulbs behind that plastic light cover or light switch - one of them located on upper portion of door frame.

There are two door switches one for fan and the other for the lights. With the compressor running, there are two so yu need to make sure it is the refrigerator and not the freezer, open the door and press the right switch and listen for a fan. The left should be your light switch and the problem is generally in the switch, on rare occasions there is a failure of bi-metal safety switch part number 4200850.
