We solved the problem by turning of the breaker to the oven(s). Thus the timer reset itself. I think the problem is solved. Hope this can help someone else with a similar problem. This is Miz b.

You are correct Chris. It was a temporary fix. I will look into having a clock replaced. Thank you so much. At least it allowed us to have a complete Thanksgiving dinner. And thank goodness I have the double ovens. They have probably outlived their lifetime. Miz bYou are correct Chris. It was a temporary fix. I will look into having a clock replaced. Most of the time turning the breaker off for a few min will be a temp. solution but it it comes back then the ERC which is the clock itself needs to be replaced

You should be able to access the clock from the back panel. Make sure the power is off and you can disconnect the power to the clock motor. Tape off the wire to prevent it shorting out against the case. generally the white wire is the neutral and can be safely disconnected without affecting the clock operation of the oven. Some clocks also control the oven operation. Make sure that you are not disconnecting this feature.
what is your oven if is gas or electric, if is gas easy to preheat by using lower heating element, if electric? that your unit have convection? or not? coz some probelm of the oven is, 1 if the oven is no convection or your oven is single heating in upper element,if your oven have a timer and cut off in 15minute? dont use timer, use a manual timer by it your self,if you want to reach the degrees that you want check your oven if der a lower and upper heating element with convection function, that the one is the most easy way to reach the degree that you want to reach.
Switch off the oven, leave for 5 seconds and switch it back on. Candy Customer Services asked for over £100 to have an engineer sent to my house, which I refuse as I thought the oiven was good. I had to switch off all the electricity in the kitchen but after this 'reset' the oven turned to the normal 'high' volume.
An "F1" error code means you have a defective clock assembly (also called ERC- electronic range control). You will need to replace the clock assembly, and they are not cheap, around $200. Hope this helps you, good luck.
Please use the chart to determine which stove you have. You will have to look at the model number. The first 3 numbers will be the series on the chart. In most cases an F1 error would require replacment of the electronic control. This part is commonly refered to as an EOC or ERC. However this type of repair is usually reserved for repair specialists.
KENMORE Range/Stove/Oven Fault Codes – 362 Series (General Electric) F1 = Stuck Touch Pad Key - Replace Electronic Range Control (ERC).
KENMORE - 911 Series (General Electric/Roper) F0-F1-FF = Failed transistor in Electronic Range Control (ERC).
KENMORE Range/Stove/Oven Fault Codes- 665 Series (Whirlpool) F1-E0 EPROM Error - Electronic Range Control (ERC). F1-E1 EPROM Error - Electronic Range Control (ERC). F1-E2 U/L ERC Errors - Electronic Range Control (ERC). F1-E3 Fuel Type Fail
Kill power 30 seconds-Cancel-Start/Enter-5 seconds-Should see “E” for electric- “9” for gas-If code changes again-replace Electronic Range Control (ERC).
KENMORE - 790 Series Electronic Oven Control (Frigidaire) F1 = Shorted Touch Pad = Electronic Range Control (EOC) Internal checksum error. Runaway Temp = Replace Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
Kill power 30 seconds - if error returns - replace Electronic Oven Control (EOC).
