Go to settings and change it from "full feature" to "basic". This looks like the old yahoo mail and is sooooo much better. Looks like yahoo instead of the new gmail looking junk they forced on us.

Yahoo (and many others) will not maintain an unused account indefinitely; often only for 2 years. So you will need to create a new account.

Look around in your old Yahoo mail. You should be able to change back to the old (Classic) mode in "Options" or somewhere on the e-mail page.

Some users are having allot of strange problems with the new mail the way it currently is. Switch back until the problems are resolved it is easy to switch back and forth to see if the problems are resolved.

I'm guessing email. You can flip back and forth from Classic:

Yahoo mail is a funny animal..
The best thing you can do, in your case, is to email Yahoo at their contact us address and tell them what your problems are !
It may take several day's before you recv. a answer but if you have no flags with yahoo and have or have had an account with yahoo, they may be able to help you out.

Caution...
Never give out your email information and really never give out your password information.
