actually code c28xx have 7 variant. for example, c2801, c2802, c2803 (error 3,4,5,6) and c2804. if follow the code code c28xx is TCR output abnormality.
ok, first you clean T/S block, do servicing and cleaning all parts.
second, if still same, do toner auto supply.
third, trouble reset. off your machine first, press and hold utility/counter and on machine, until trouble reset appear. press it and off/on again. ^^,

the tool height offset is picked up on the tool change, the h you refer to is equal to a g54 etc, the o offset needs to be activated with a line of code.
