I have tried 2 separate water filtration systems from Vitapur and both have caused my water resivoir to overflow and leak all over my floor, why does this system not work?

2) Low temperature setting, extremely cold incoming water, Water leak or broken pipe running hot out of tank, crossover caused by bad faucet cartridge or bad recircirculation check valve,, bad gas control valve thermostat.
If it's leaking from a hose then you can try unscrewing the hoses, put some Teflon tape on the water heater threads and tighten. If it's leaking from the rim or under the threads call a appliance repairman.
try replacing the bottle...it might have a hairline crack that is causing the "leak". I have the same cooler and had the same issue...replaced the bottle and all was well then.
That is the drain for the reverse osmosis system. You have what is referred to as an AIR GAP faucet. The waste water is pushed up there before it goes to drain just as the drain for a dishwasher does. If water is coming out of the faucet the drain is most likely plugged or the line is kinked causing water to back up and overflow. Check the drain line for kinks and clean out the drain where it attaches to the stand pipe. RJ
If you mean the little weep hole on the tap is leaking? If so, then the drain line connected to the sink drain is clogged. Remove this line and see if it's draining free.(have bucket ready) Most likely it will be where it enters your sink drain at that fitting, clogged with sink drain materials.
sounds like your pressure relief is leaking. Make sure your home water pressure isn't abnormally high (above 80 psi). As long as your water pressure is fine, you should replace the pressure relief.
