You won't find a manual for that small telescope --- however Meade probably has one similar to yours-- go here and download a manual for free-

You will not find a manual for that small telescope. However Meade maintains a web site with all their manuals.

Look under REFLECTOR for one similar to your telescope. They all work and assemble in the same way.
