What is the normal blood pressure for a 78 year old woman?

Diastolic pressure (the lower number) measures pressure in the arteries between heart beats. Blood pressure between 120/80 and 140/90 is borderline high (prehypertension), while blood pressure above 140/90 defines high blood pressure.

What is normal blood pressure for a woman 87 years old

Your own physician is the best source of information about your specific health conditions. Generally, "normal" blood pressure is 120/80, generally. After 75, 140/90 - 150/90 is considered by many doctors to be acceptable, with an eye toward the risks of taking medications to lower blood pressure considered with the benefit to lower blood pressure. Habits like healthy diet, healthy weight, regular exercise, no smoking, etc are encouraged as a first response to healthy blood pressure. The DASH diet is recommended by American Heart Association for all ages, especially those dealing with high blood pressure or risk of stroke and heart attack. Again, talk with your physician for specific guidance on your blood pressure. Per New York Times, https://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2015/12/17/ask-well-blood-pressure-over-age-70/?_r=0

My blood pressure is 142 over 80 I'm 71 year old female is that normal my doctor didn't seem concerned

That is ok, but high normal. And age has no bearing on blood pressure, what is high for 12 year old is high for an 80 year old. Are you carrying extra pounds? If so loose them and lower the risk of a heart attack by lowering the blood pressure reading. You can read more at www.webmd.com

I am a 64 year old woman and my blood pressure has been high for years. My blood pressure is now 117/72. Is that now too low?

Sounds like a pretty decent blood pressure to me. Of course, see a doctor if you're concerned.

What range show my BP be in. 50 year old black

There isn't really a normal blood pressure, there is a continuum of blood pressures among ppl at any age (for example, 50). By age 50, about 1/2 of Americans will have a blood pressure that is higher than what cardiovascular disease prevention guidelines have set as targets.
The goal blood pressure for a 50 year old person without any other medical issues is <140/90. People at higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease have correspondingly lower blood pressure targets. People with kidney disease, diabetes or prediabetes (also known as metabolic syndrome), and those with known cardiovascular disease (heart failure or previous heart attack) should have a target blood pressure of <130.80.
