Hello,
These units use a venturi to inject soap, where the tube goes onto the brass barb, that should unscrew and there is a little ball bearing and spring in there that sometimes stick when thay have not been used for a little while, if you clean the ball bearing up with some steel wool and lube it up and reassemble, 9 times out of 10 this will rectify your problem
take off clear tube that goes into solution jug(where soap goes),make sure it is clear(water passes thru it easily) use a soda bottle- fill with vinegar- reattach hose and put other end in soda bottle- if this doesn't work that valve in the sprayer itself is gummed up- sometimes using HOT water feed sprayer will clear an internal plug
I have a SIMONIZ S2000 electric. I bought the unit about 8 weeks ago used it once. On the second use yesterday the unit didn't work as well, the pressure seemed only a bit better than hose pressure and soap did not dispense at any pressure. SO.... after much thought I turned the hose/tap pressure down so that I only got about 2-3 GPM instead of the typical 5-6GPM normally coming out of my hose....... it worked! Soap dispenses and spay is way better! It seems that if if the inlet hose pressure is high the pump doesn't work as well... go figure.

We had water pour out of the dispenser of our Kenmore HE2 washer. hot water helped us for one load then i realize that a trapped rag was the problem We were actually able to pull the face cloth out of the intake tube without taking everything apart! opened the washer door and feel around inside the rubber seals to find where the intake tube connects to the drum (upper-left side). felt a small bit of cloth sticking out of the tube and were able to slowly work it out by pulling back and forth. and pulled it completely out thats all it was try this

We had the same problem- for us it was because we were mixing laundry booster (Oxyclean) with liquid soap in the dispenser. It seems the water running through the tray had insufficient pressure to properly flush the tray out, so residue accumulated on the back & underside of the tray. Our water pressure is good here, and we don't use a water softener or filters that can reduce the pressure. Unfortunately it seems to just be a bad design of the soap dispenser tray.
We also had a problem with water/bleach leaking from our soap dispenser- when we used the bleach compartment in the dispenser we got leaks dripping onto the floor from behind the front cover of the washing machine. It was running down the front of the washer behind the front cover & coming out onto the floor. The repair guy said this was because the dispenser tray was pulled out too far, but the reason we were pulling the soap tray out so far was because the bleach compartment was too far back in the tray to use if we didn't. Now we just leave the drawer partially closed & pour the bleach directly into the soap compartment along with the soap.
