Yes. Disconnect power to range. Open oven door and remove hex head screws at front edge of cooktop from the bottom side. Lift up front of cooktop. Burner units can then be removed from the underside of the cooktop. Be careful not to damage the gray insulating material around the burner elements if you remove the elements from the cooktop glass.
Yes but try removing the door usually a small lever on the hinge or just lower the door a bit and lift it off. Then put it back on and make sure it sits back down into the hinges. We had one that did the same thing and the door was just a bit out of the hinge.
hey thats not a hard one for you.kill the power to your range [breaker ok]under neath the cook top frount where the top of oven door meets the cook top.in there are screews into the cook top .remove and lift up cook top it is hinged in the back .clean ,then put back together.you got it God bless ,tom
I had some luck removing food and other stains with the new Vielda Glass Ceramic Scrung (its a sponge)

I found mine at Walmart. It was a little pricey but if you just use the sponge for the stovetop then it will last a very long time.
The same thing with mine. I took apart the door today and found the hinges a little bent. I think it should be ok to bent them the opposite way a little with some mole grips......and then I must remember not to move the stove out for cleaning by the oven door handle again (oops). Door comes off (unlock hinges and lift up). undo 4 screws on the bottom edge and then two on the inside of the door handle then it comes apart - beware as it's heavy. The hinges themselves come off with two screw each.
