My Diehard 950 portable power will not take a charge, stops at 10%

There must be a switch for the compressor. The images aren't sharp enough to see. Yes, it has a 'Select' button for the compressor. It also has a set pressure auto-off, so make sure that is set to zero. Here is the manual.

I had a Wal-Mart version that did the same thing. Turned out to be a bad battery after all. You should be able to replace the battery.

If you have a 12volt standard electrical system in your vehicle.
It is both positive and negative. The travel inverter converts this 12 volt DC current into 110v 60hz AC current so you can plug in your electronics that require standard household current to charge/operate.
There is a built in USB port if you device will accept this for 12 volt power. It also has the power oultet with ground for 110v 6hz power.

The main reason of the beeping is that the battery is not charged or the battery is died.... so please try changing the battery. Please check that the inverter fan is working well.
