I have a M7310 system and I have 2 phones that can be called correctly internally, but have different extentions when calling from externally. for example feature * 0 on one of the phones returns Name 2094 213 ###-9978 When I call the phone from my desk it works and I reach the correct voicemail. If I use my cell it using ###-2094 I reach another employee's voicemail. If I dial ###-9978 I reach the 2094 voicemail. This all started after I was moving phones locations around our building. I was copying system+user to the destinations extension then change DN.

You can toggle each individual phone extension as to whether or not it recieves a "voice" call or a "ring-first" call.
At the extension, press "SPEAKER - 60" it will display the mode. Press the * (asterick) key to toggle between the modes. Then press SPEAKER again to set.

You have to know how to get into programming, and it depends on the type of telephone lines you have... if you have regular analog lines, on a out bound call transfer there is going to be line degragation. Meaning that the outgoing call is not going to be of the best quality.
Secondly, you have to see how many telephone lines you have, if you have 3 analog trunks, with a call forwarding to a cell phone, you will be using up 2 lines... 1 incoming and 1 outgoing to your cell. This leaves 1 trunk for incoming or outgoing callers.

Are you talking about the DID number that people can dial into you?
You have to get into programming and renumber the extensions. You cant just do your, you will need to do the entire system so everything is uniform.

Check to see if the one touch button for the cash office is stuck down, sometimes the corner will stick but is hard to notice its down.
