The photos with no delete button are ones that are synced with accounts such as Facebook, Google+,etc.

if the unwanted addresses are in the <to:,cc:,bc:> lines of the email you want to forward, hi-lite the address and hit delete. If you want to add addresses, just type them in and type a comma between each one. Once you have the email the way you want it hit forward (not send).
