Hey guys . I have a blackberry mob and it was working well . I have changed my blackberry id and then bbm doesn't work since I did that . I removed it many times and reinstalled it but it doesn't work

Greetings,
Try going to this web page :
Forgot my BlackBerry ID Password And Recovery Question
and check the last reply on the page:
Re: Forgot my BlackBerry ID Password And Recovery Question.
Start first with these please:
  • KB28685 How to reset the BlackBerry ID password using the password recovery question
  • KB32111 "The link is no longer valid." is encountered when attempting to reset a BlackBerry ID password
  • KB26361 How to change or reset the BlackBerry ID password
  • KB28111 Unable to reset BlackBerry ID password when using a BlackBerry hosted email address
  • KB28232 BlackBerry ID reset email is not being delivered to the associated mailbox
If you have forgotten your BB ID credentials AND have non-BB access (e.g., Outlook, webmail, etc.) to the email account that is currently configured to your BB ID account, then those instructions should allow you to recover access to your BB ID account.
--------------------------------------------------------------
However, if you do not have access to that email account, then your challenge is much greater, and you have a choice to make depending on your circumstances:
  1. If you have no AppWorld records that you require to retain (e.g., purchase records for apps), then simply abandon the BB ID and create a new one. To do so, however, does require a device WIPE:
    • KB26694 How to change the BlackBerry ID on a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet or BlackBerry smartphone
  2. But, if you do have AppWorld records that you must keep, then you require human intervention. To receive that, you must ring up your mobile service provider and convince them to escalate your case up to BlackBerry. Further, you must convince BlackBerry to provide you with a solution -- which likely will either be resetting your current BB ID so that you can again access it or having you create a new BBID and they will manually move your purchase records over. Note that I have no idea if they will be willing to do this, but there is no other way that I know of to retain your prior AppWorld purchase records.
Good luck!

How to recover a BlackBerry ID using a BlackBerry smartphone

Something important to keep in mind when recovering a BlackBerry ID password is that you will need to use the BlackBerry Browser on your device or a web browser in order to complete the process. This is a result of a security precaution that prevents the password recovery email from being sent to the device. To recover your BlackBerry ID password, use the BlackBerry smartphone browser or a computer to follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the BlackBerry ID password recovery page
2. Enter the email address that you used to register your BlackBerry ID and fill out the CAPTCHA characters
3. A confirmation page will appear stating "A request to reset your password has been submitted"
4. Open the mailbox for your email address on the computer or by logging into the mailbox\webmail using the BlackBerry Browser and click on the BlackBerry ID password reset email (it can be identified by the sender: [email protected])

Note: Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder in the event that you do not see this email in your inbox.

5. In the body of the email, click the link after the heading "To change your BlackBerry ID password, simply visit"

Cant reply to emails on blackberry z10

If you haven't already, be sure to restart your phone. Also check your internal memory to make sure you haven't filled it up. If it is full, change your sync settings - they may be set to 30 days. If none of that works you may have to connect your phone to a computer, do a complete backup and reinstall of the operating software.

Trying to convert,if possible, nextel blackberry 8530i to boostmobile

watch this video

Boost Mobile has the cheapest (and slowest) data service around, and the Nextel Branded BlackBerry is the only smart phone that works with Boost's iDEN service.

The old 7520 and 7100i BlackBerry's can be purchased for around 50 dollars, and are very usable smart phones.

The newer BlackBerry 8350i is one of the best blackberry smartphones available. However on Nextel it costs more then 120 dollars a month for unlimited everything and on Boost mobile you can get unlimited service for $50 a month.

The difference however is that Boost mobile does not offer a Blackberry Data Plan and Nextel does. So if you want to browse the web, send emails, and be able to download apps, you have to convert your Nextel Blackberry to Boost Mobile.

The email works a little differently in that you can set up your yahoo or aol mail to forward to your Blackberry by using the email address

[email protected] as the forward to email address.

What are the differences of the Nextel Blackberry models?

Besides the obvious difference which is the design of the phone and the applications and memory available, the 8350i runs BlackBerry OS version 4.6 whereas the 7520 and 7100i run version 4.1. The older OS does not support as many apps and features.

To sum it up Boost Mobile Phones aren't good and Blackberry's are. It's really that simple.

Does Boost support the BlackBerry?

Not officially. Boost sells their Starter kit to "give new life to a previously used Boost or Nextel phone", but they make no specific mention of its compatibility with the BlackBerry. Using a BlackBerry on Boost is consistent with their terms and conditions, but you won't get any help from Boost for configuring your BlackBerry.

Which features work?

Voice service and basic data service work.

3rd-party apps work, including apps for web browsing, email, GPS, and instant messaging.

Over-the-air installation of apps using the BlackBerry Browser will work if youfollow the how-to.

Text messaging will work if you follow the how-to.

Apps can also be installed using the Desktop Manager software on your PC.

Which Boost plans included data service?

All Boost plans include basic data service
