You can adjust the pump switch to get higher presure its the box on the outside of the pump with two screws, one is an upper limit screw to turn the pump off at the proper presure ,the other screw turns the pump on when it gets to a low presure,Make sure electric to pump is off.

It is aing trouble with it you may have a hole in the plastic pipe or the foot valve is bad. you ca shallow well and has a foot valve on it and if you check both pretty easy. The foot valve will not seat causing it not to give enought pressure and would cause it to run all the time. also the pressure switch may be bad and it is a simple change out costs $35.00 at most hardware store.

Is the little pipe that connects to the pressure switch clear?
I suggest you remove it and blow through it to make sure it is clear. If the pressure is getting to the switch, it has to shut off ... your switch should be set around 30/50 (on at 30 - off at 50)

If it is on the pressure side about the only repair would be to get it welded. If on the suction side you MIGHT be able to "V" it out slightly and use JB Weld or maybe even Bondo... Tose will NOT work on the pressure side however.
