Well if its in warranty just return it in warranty or just re-install your OS with and download the updated drivers from the following site--->

This is a failure in the vertical amp section. One way to troubleshoot it is to get a can of freeze spray and use it on the suspect components. The other way is to inspect all the solder joints on the amp. Last would be to check voltages on the board. Since it does change with run time, it is being affected by heat.

Drivers for Ikasu twin webcam won't work on my XP PC

Uninstall the webcam drivers.
Remove the webcam from the computer.
Wait for 5 minutes.
Place the installation cd or disk in the drive but do not let the program start.
Install the webcam.
Windows will say found new device .....
It should then ask you if you want to install ETC
You should be able to do it automatically from there.....
