Installing a cd player in a 1992 honda accord

I just bought a JVC cd player at a garage sale today. i went to install it and when i took the clip off the back of the factory radio it was too big to fit into the jvc cd player. i was wondering if there was some type of wiring harness that would convert it to fit in the cd player. i have seen the wiring harnesses that are just wires, but i wouldnt know how to hook the wires up to the CD player. if you need more details about the cd player just say so.. it is a 1992 honda accord and a JVC CD player KD-GS620

thanks!

so then will i have to get the other adapter that goes from the original factory stereo outlet (which is also 16 pin i believe) and then splice those wires together... because i dont think there is any way i can take those wires and just shove them in the holes of the original white plastic piece with all the wires in it.

The harness looks like what is depicted on this link: http://cgi.ebay.com/JVC--16-PIN-WIRE-HARNESS-FOR-CD-PLAYER-BLACK-BRAND-NEW_W0QQitemZ370214069143QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090612?IMSfp=TL090612198008r8862
This connector fits the following JVC Car Radio/CD/MP3 Players with 16 pin connection.
All wires are labeled.

Hope this helps....................sodeep

Interested in hearing feedback about having purchased this product - JVC KS-FX200 - (purchase included installation) today, 8/18/2009. CD Changer NOT included in installation, but installation substituted...

I don't know this model in particular but JVC is supposed to be a good name.

As for being a cassette player, I hope you either have a bunch of cassettes stored away somewhere or at least another cassette deck to record your favorite music onto blank tapes because cassettes are pretty much obsolete so you pretty much can expect nothing new to be released on them and only find them in pawn shops, flea markets or garage sales, etc...

Some features I would look for in a cassette deck are things like Automatic Music Search, Music Scan (uses AMS and plays a couple seconds of each track), Dolby NR, Dolby B and Dolby C, Auto Reverse with Ferret Head(head actually flips over instead of a 4 channel head).

Car cd player is dim and can barely see

tra to go to your player menu (there's got to be some button or something) and there you can change the display options.
