Hi,
Try taking your presser foot off and lower the presser foot lever. Does the error code go away? The machine won't sew without the presser foot to hold the fabric down, but without threading the needle, will the machine run without the presser foot? Now try the standard presser foot (usually J ) and if you get the error code then the sensor at the top of the presser foot assembly is out of adjustment. Without knowing more about your machine this is all I can suggest.
Good luck,
Bob

I am getting error message Presser foot too high but foot is all the way down

If you're encountering a "Presser Foot Too High" error despite the foot being down, check for potential issues. Ensure the machine is threaded correctly, the needle is not bent, and the presser foot is securely attached. Verify if there's any fabric or thread caught in the mechanism. Additionally, consult the machine's manual for troubleshooting steps or contact the manufacturer's customer support. If the problem persists, it might indicate a mechanical issue that requires professional inspection. In some cases, recalibrating the machine or updating its software may resolve the error. Always follow safety guidelines and turn off the machine before attempting any adjustments. click

Babylock Soprano. Has error message F04 FC BREAK. Red light is on so machine is not working

This could be an easy fix or not. The error indicates that the sewing machine can't communicate with the foot controller. A new foot control is ~$30, https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/babylock-blmsp-soprano-sewing-machine-parts.aspx?index=104 . Unfortunately, the problem could be the jack or the control board on the sewing machine. Unless you have the electronics skills to ground yourself to the sewing machine (and safely discharge high energy capacitors), you may need to take this to a qualified sewing machine repair professional.

I hope this helps.

My machine gives E1 as an error message so i don't know what to do.

Lower the pressure foot lever before continuing the operation. If the error message does not disappear, press the stitch selection key while the error message is displayed. Hope this works.

E 1 error message

Make sure you lower the presser foot before continuing the operation.

The foot controller was pressed (or the start/stop button

was pressed if the foot controller is not connected)

and the reverse/reinforcement stitch button
was pressed while the presser foot was raised.

E2 error code brother sewing machine

A stitch other than the buttonhole or bar tack stitch was selected and the foot controller was pressed (or the start/stop button was pressed if the foot controller is not connected) while the buttonhole lever is lowered.

Raise the buttonhole lever before continuing the operation.
Note Each time a key pressed or an incorrect operation is performed, a beep is sounded.
  • For a correct operationOne beep is sounded.
  • If an incorrect operation is performedTwo or four beeps are sounded.
  • If the machine locks up, for example, because the thread is tangledThe sewing machine continues to beep for four seconds.
    The machine automatically stops.
Be sure to check for the cause of the error, and correct it before continuing

I have a Janome DC 2010. The machine has started to continue to sew even when my foot is off the foot control. I turn the machine off and then back on and it goes to error message fc....then goes to...

my book show the FC stands for Foot Control
have you tryed repluging the foot control into the machine to see if that stops the problem
if you have & it didn't stop the problem
then I agree you need a new foot control
