You have a dead short somewhere. Look for insulation off the wires, check to see if all connectors are not touching with space between. Make sure all is clean an look for burn wires an connectors, once I found a dead insect shorting out the connectors.

SOURCE: my 2007 yamaha v star 650 keeps blowing the fuse

There seem to a 'live' wire (in the turn signal, brake light or horn circuit) touching the frame of the bike and thus the fuse blowing.
You will have to trace out the short-circuit.
You can start wth removing the connections to the turn signals thn fit the fuse and see if it still blows ....like wise remove the wire to the brake light and thn check if the fuse blows, same to the horn.
In short ..you can remove all the wires connections to these and thn fit the fuse and refit the wiring connections one by one ,where the fuse will blow after connecting the wire to say brake light thn the problem is at the brake light wiring ....likewise to the others ...onces you identify the circuit tht has the problem thn it will be easy to trace it and rectify it.
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: how can I install a horn in a battery powered golf cart?

easy hook up.. the 12 horn should have 2 wires, a red and a black hook the red one to 12 volts with a 5 amp fuse in line, take the black and run it to one side of a push button switch (with 2 wires) the other wire coming out of the horn with go to ground, either to the battery ground or to the frame of the cart..

SOURCE: Brake lights, turn signal and horn not working...

Check the wiring within the headlight shell--look for connectors that may be corroded or pulled loose. A little WD-40 will favor connection integrity when sprayed into the connectors, then coupling and uncoupling them several times. Hope this helps!

never leave charging all the time you want to charge it every 6 hrs of running time to let your batterys cycle down. it would be the same if you charge your cell phone everytime you make a call if you cant keep track of it get a state of charge its a volt metter like a gas gauge for the batterys if you do it my way you will get more run time and your batterys will last around 10 yrs if keep doing it your way them about a couple yrs on them

Have a 2001 road king as soon as I turn on the ignition switch the 15A fuse for the horn turn signals brake light front fender marker light speedometer blows any help would be greatly appreciated I didn't...

you have a hot wire grounding out somewhere do the simple things first you may need a couple of fuses but it save you alot so you do not have to take it somewhere to get fixed , start with the horn ,usally it would be the fender light or brake light do them first , disconnect it then put the fuse back in and see if it blows , then so on to save some fuses take the bulbs out of the turn signals and put one back in at a time to see if it blows this is the best way and easiest way to find your short ,

Yamaha 650 vstar 2009 turn signals, horn, brake light keep shorting out

prprobably best to start with removing seat and fuel tank and doiing an inspection of wiring harness...all good, inspect each light socket for damage....include any added items on the harness.
If all that looks good...try temporarily unplugging horns...on Yamahas the horn is usually electrically "hot" and then runs to horn button where it is grounded.
A defect in the horn can short out and blow signal fuse.

2000 VW golf horn won't work, fuse is good , relay 53 is good but changed it anyway. No voltage reading at horns. Tested horn off car and it is fine

Did you check the power to the relay? and then the signal wire (ground) at the relay to see if it's being signaled? Otherwise you may have a clockspring or module problem not allowing the signal to pass through to the relay.
