SOURCE: gas cook top
Most of the time when I come out for a service call with this problem, it is usually because the burner cap is not seated properly on the base. Look at the burner and make sure there are no uneven gaps. Most of the time you will have to rotate the burner cap till a notch or pin "seats" into place. Most burner caps just sit on the bases, and so they get knocked off or moved when the cooktop is cleaned or installed. Hope this helps!
SOURCE: The gas flow is very low to the 3 burners on my grill
Hi - assuming there is no severe kink in your gas hose and there isn't any other obstruction in your gas line, a likely cause is that your regulator is faulty and may need to be replaced. I don't think they are very expensive.
You may want to post your problem on the Jenn-Air section of this forum: http://www.bbqsource-forums.com
I've had good luck getting help there with my grills.

Check the gas valve. This will cause a decrease in gas pressure and would explain all your symptoms that you are having. Check it with a volt meter and your should read 120 volts
