According to their site, they don't want you replacing the battery. The battery is a silver oxide type, and the number is sr927W. You can find one with a google search. I'm including a link to a youtube video for 320, which might be close enough. If it is, you'll need a tool they mention that they say costs $6 How to change the battery on Casio AMW 320R watch

Normally this is the battery... Try the battery before considering to send the watch to Casio for service. Or, if you send it they will fix it and send it back. They are not very expensive for their service.
