sounds like you have had the update that stops copied parts being fitted to the iphone. was in the last update. if its a genuine part it will work correctly. something was on news about the update.

replace the battery the new one , check adapter voltage its okay or not, check the charging cable, if you using oe cable maybe wont charge

This could be for a number of reasons. You adapter, plug, or cable might be bad, or if your iphone got wet or was dropped that could be the case. If wet, you should get a new phone.

Try these in this order until the issue is resolved:
1. Restart the iPhone
2. Reset the iPhone (Hold power and Home buttons until iPhone turns off)
3. Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings
