Loose contact and contact information after entering a new contact on iPhone 6

As for your situation, you can recover the lost contact on iPhone with iOS Data Recovery. Just follow the below steps to do that.

Step 1 Connect your iPhone 5c to the computer
So as to recover deleted contacts on iPhone 5c, you should free download Leawo iOS Data Recovery on your computer first, and run it on the computer, and then use a USB cable to connect your iPhone 5c to the PC.

Step 2 Start to scan your iPhone 5c
Once your device has been detected by the iPhone 5c contacts recovery program, a "Start" interface will show, just click "Start" to scan your iPhone 5c.

Step 3 Preview and choose contacts on iPhone 5c
The scanning will only last for several minutes, after scanning, you are able to see all the different types of files listed in neat categories on the left sidebar. By clicking "Only display the deleted items" option on the left corner of the interface, you'll see all the files that have been deleted from your iPhone 5c. Just click "Contacts" type to preview and then tick the single contacts you want to recover from iPhone 5c.

Step 4 Recover deleted contacts on iPhone 5c
After preview and selecting files, tap on "Recover" button on the right corner, then you'll see a pop-up window for you to choose saving location for the files. Iphone 5c wont charge but

This could be for a number of reasons. You adapter, plug, or cable might be bad, or if your iphone got wet or was dropped that could be the case. If wet, you should get a new phone.

My phone won't charge

Try these in this order until the issue is resolved:
1. Restart the iPhone
2. Reset the iPhone (Hold power and Home buttons until iPhone turns off)
3. Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings
4. Bakup manually to iTunes then Restore iPhone via iTunes and set up as a new phone. (if issue persists then you have a hardware problem and need to get the iPhone 5c replaced by Apple)

My DVDXCOPY Platinum will not activate after inputing the License ID# and Password. Can anyone help please?

DVDXCOPY has been shut down for many years, their are a few people still selling it knowing it can't be activated. Their were a few sites that carried activation codes that worked. In all reality its not a very good program, I started out using it and switched to DVDFAB Platinum and haven't found anything it wouldn't copy, it also shrinks long movies to fit on a 4.7 DVD.
