How can i fix the the problem with canon ir 4570 which produce an image the half is good and the other is bad . i already change the drum .

A feint print is usually caused by a blocked or empty toner.

Fuser unit / fixing unit problem check whether fuser sleeve is damaged if yes change it or apply fuser oil and white grease on it for smooth rotation....

you may have forgotten to tight connector screw of heating element.check it if it is ok then check the continuity of heater element with multimeter, if it is not showing continuity replace it.

something could be blocking the primary chargeing corona wires/roller. i see it a lot on the ir 5000 when the primary corona assmbly cleaning pads get stuck half way through the cleaning cycle.

change staple cartridge

On the device you want to chose the SCAN option and set it to ONLINE.
You then need an application that does TWAIN scanning and aquire image data. Set your scanner device yo "Canon Color Network Scangear".
A freeware product you can use to test is irfanview
You would otherwise need to do an aquire / TWAIN scan from MS Word or Adobe Acrobat (full/pro) or another software that does TWAIN scanning.

A E 000 code is a fuser ass'y problem. It will need to be rest in service mode...
