First how do you know the battery is good?make sure all cells are good, one bad cell can fool you.you have to have at least 12.4 volts in your battery to pass for good.If you don't have headlights your not getting power to your car.Either the battery is BAD or you have a cable problem. If this it not the case you could have a broken connection between the battery and the power distribution box.

If nothing electrical works, even though the battery is good, it has to be a main power cable.
The main positive power cable runs first to the starter usually, and then to the fuse block.
The negative cable usually goes to the body and the engine block.

1997 Ford F150 5.4L V8 engine wont' start after new battery put in. Alternator or Starter?

If it jump starts, the starter is good.
You need to check the voltage at the battery with the engine running (after disconnecting jumper cables) to see if the alternator is bad. Voltage should be at least 14vdc.
You can also remove the alternator at home and have it tested at your local car parts store.Always disconnect the negative battery cable before removing the alternator.

2005 honda civic VP bad starter replaced still engine not turning over

Check the ground connection on the battery and the frame. Make.sure the battery posts are clean and free from corrosion. Most likely it's the ground on the frame

Where is the starter located on a 2007 Chevy Impala? It just clicks when I turn it on and lights barely turn on and the air will turn on only when trying to jump the battery. Engine didn't turn on even...

Check the battery like this:
Turn on the headlights, then try to start the car.
If the headlights do not dim or go out, then the battery is likely ok.
Check that the battery cable plus post, goes to the starter, Minus post to a good ground, like the engine.
If wiring is ok, then look at the starter solenoid for a good connection.
Problem is most likely the Solenoid or starting relay, whichever the car uses.
Hope this helps.

2002zx2 no power new battery

If you mean absolutely NO power to anything, check the underhood fuse block for a MAIN fuse. If the main fuse is blown, nothing will work.
Hope this helps!

try over riding the starter relay on the fender ,it has one there right?. dont go to a mechanic yet. the engine aint seized. if it doesnt have this relay then i would get the alternator tested. if you want to test it yourself it can be costly for the right equip. autozone usually tests for free. i dont know were you live so if theres not an autozone. let me know if you cant get it tested.

Starter wont engage

The problem is either the starter solinoid (located on fender near battery) or you are not getting power to the "s" terminal on the starter solinoid from the ignition switch. If you follow the positive battery cable from the battery you'll follow it to the solinoid. Remove the small wire from the terminal marked "s" on the solinoid and using a screwdriver jump from "s" terminal (not the wire) to where positive battery cable connects to solinoid. (with battery connected). If starter doesn't do anything the solinoid is bad. If starter cranks then you are not getting voltage from ignition switch through "s" terminal wire.
